The snow was so heavy that our car couldn't move, but the hotel staff went out of their way to help by installing the tyre chains. We also appreciated the well-sized food portions.
The location was inconvenient. Getting to and from the hotel was a bit difficult.

We received excellent service during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us with installing tire chains on our car during a snowy day. We were also impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. Breakfast portions were just right and staff were responsive to our requests. The hotel's location on the outskirts of this city provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
Not obvious to find the hotel entrance initially.
